A modern fairytale comes true! Today, Kate Middleton
married her prince to officially become royalty. And the rumors were true—she wore Alexander McQueen!
The blushing bride's wedding dress was designed by Sarah Burton
of Alexander McQueen, although by the frock's classic look she, as earlier rumored, played a big part in the final outcome. The dress played up Kate's refined sensibilities and tiny waist. It featured delicate lace sleeves, deep V-neckline, cinched waist and full skirt. The flowing 8-foot train was elegant and spread behind her as she walked down the aisle.
Kate looked gorgeous and while she doesn't get to walk away a princess, she does get the title of the Duchess of Cambridge.
