Favorite pre- or post-workout snack: "I don’t have a specific snack, but I’m a big fan of a small snack that combines carbs and protein before I workout. For example, a banana with peanut butter. I also find that a cup of coffee, when I really need it, can give me a great boost of energy."
Favorite workout gear: "I am an ambassador for Lolë activewear, which means that I get to try almost all of their clothing! I’m obsessed with the black Run Capris ($75). They are so classic, sleek and durable, and they make my legs look better than any other workout capris I own."

Go-to Exercise: High Planks with Knee Pulls (Three minutes)
"When I don’t have time and I want something very comprehensive and effective, I do High Planks with Knee Pulls. This exercise accesses every part of your abs as well as your legs and shoulders. It’s fast and effective, and I do it any time I travel and don’t have lots of time or space.Try three sets and you’ll be dripping with sweat by the end."
