Best fitness advice ever received: "Take each movement on its own and be completely present in each breath. Let go of all-or-nothing thinking. So many people think that they have to do a maximum routine to get the benefits and if they can’t do it all, they will simply not do anything. With as little as five minutes a day, you can make a positive impact of your health and well-being. Just get on your yoga mat every day!"
Favorite pre- or post-workout snack: "It is not advised to eat directly before deep yoga asana practice so I rarely eat anything before my practice. My favorite post-yoga snack is to start off with pure coconut water. I find coconut water more hydrating and satisfying directly after my yoga practice than plain water."
