Watch 5-Year-Old Cancer Survivor Leah Still Work the Fashion Week Runway

Devon Still's daughter was "feeling herself" on the catwalk at the KidsRock event.

New York Fashion Week is always a celebration of all things beautiful, and we're happy to report that beauty was radiating inside and out Thursday at the Kids Rock! event. Pint-sized cancer survivor Leah Still, daughter of NFLer Devon Still, strutted her stuff on the catwalk in an adorable denim-on-denim number and received a standing ovation.

Check out this cuteness:

This is actually Leah's second Fashion Week appearance — she also walked at the Nike Levi's Kids Fashion Show in New York City in February. That time she got to show off her moves as "Shake It Off" played in the background, of course.

A lot has changed for Leah since February. She was in and out of the hospital in recent months after being diagnosed with Stage IV neuroblastoma in June 2014, when doctors gave her a 50-50 chance to live, and her latest tests show she's cancer-free. "She's doing a lot better,'' Devon said on the Today show Thursday. "Her health has made a complete 180, and hopefully will continue to improve."

While most kids her age are starting kindergarten, Leah's had to wear her pretty dresses and cool backpacks to the hospital. But no matter how hard or painful or scary things get, her dad says she remains positive and a happy camper.

Far away from the hospital, Leah seemed to be in her element at the show Thursday, where she rocked smiley faces on her jeans and bright yellow jellies.

The Haddad Brands Kids Rock! event also featured Melissa Joan Hart and Melissa Gorga's kids and stars like Snooki and La La Anthony had front row seats. We'd have to say it was definitely the sweetest and most fun show of NYFW so far.
