Performer Jennifer Hudson brought a very special man with her to the Fourth Annual ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon on Thursday: Her toddler son, David Daniel Otunga Jr.

Hudson looked ravishing in a brightly hued Roland Mouret cocktail dress, while David, who will undoubtedly serve a major role in Hudson's upcoming wedding to television personality David Otunga, was smartly dressed in a pinstriped vest and black slacks.

David Jr. already has his pose down! They learn so quickly.
