remains one of Hollywood's brightest stars, but her ability to affect fashion for the masses reached its zenith more than a decade ago. In the mid 1990s, Aniston was responsible for the popularization of a certain layered medium-length hairstyle: The Rachel.
Jen hasn't really said much about the look, which was created for her by longtime hairstylist and friend Chris McMillan. In a new interview with Allure,
however, she lets loose—she hated it.
"I love Chris but he's the bane of my existence because he started that damn Rachel, which was not my best look . . . How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I've ever seen."
Harsh words, Ms. Aniston—especially considering a huge swath of her fans thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread, at the time.
