Kelly Osbourne Hates Working out Here is a caption. Kelly Osbourne has received tons of positive press about her trim figure and sassy new style, but apparently this change hasn't been easy for her—Kelly hates working out! She says she doesn't care what other people say, it sucks!

At the Glamour Women of the Year awards, she chatted with The Cut about her gym hatred and how she gets through the workouts. Here are a few tips from Kelly:

  • Start small and bring a friend. Kelly limits her workouts to half an hour because she knows she can commit to it.

  • Create a fun music playlist. Kelly's is “the gayest pop music that you can imagine; if any of my father’s friends heard the music for my workout, they’d be like, ‘Shame on you!’ But you’ve got to turn the most miserable experiences of your life into something fun.”

  • Make an effort to dress up and look cute! Kelly says, "what I find really helps me is when I put on little cute outfits to go to the gym, because when you’re looking at yourself in the mirror and you don’t like what you see, you’re not gonna want to go back.”

  • Put makeup on. Kelly knows makeup is a gym no-no, but she is, "that girl that wears makeup at the gym. I don’t wear mascara, but I put foundation on and blush and a little lip gloss. It really does help. If you don’t like your reflection, you don’t want to go back. I don’t want to look at myself looking gross. You know what it’s like. You’re like, ‘No wonder I look f****** miserable right now.’ ”

We love when celebs admit to hating working out as much as we do—it makes them feel more normal.
