We love creative hairdressing and we're happy to see this 'do making a comeback. After years of long wavy tresses, celebs are embracing the updo. 1940s.org says that complicated hairstyling during WWII arose out of a desire to look fabulous when fabric rationing limited women's ability make cool clothes. Luckily for us, we now have an assortment of inexpensively fabulous ways to play around with fashion and beauty.
