There was no better way for celebs and athletes alike to showcase their fabulous, fun and fresh style than to make an appearance at one of the various award shows, red carpet events, and even sports championship dinners that occurred this week.
We see you, Serena Williams! The pro-tennis star looked simply statuesque at this year's Wimbledon Champions Dinner. Even though Williams received some flak on social media for her chiseled physique, we beg to differ with the negative commentary about the size of her muscles – and let's just say we would not mess with them.
Showcasing her style and grace on the red carpet yesterday was up-and-coming model Sara Sampaio in a tailored black and white ensemble. By pairing an off-white crop in dressed-up silk with clean lines, and a pair of sleek black culottes and matching pumps, she earned some major classic style points. Topping that off with a pop of coral lipstick and a glossy blowout, she was good to go.
Next up we have singer and performer Ciara arriving at the ESPY Awards Red Carpet, looking like the goddess she is. That hair! Those cheekbones! That belted black dress, with leg-baring slit-front detail and all! Consider us Team Ciara.
Rachel McAdams really wowed us this week – but what else is new? Showing up to the ESPY Awards in this daring red pantsuit, the actress completely stole the show in our eyes. The plunging V-neck of her blazer is a sartorial win on its own, and the fit of her pants is tailored to a T. McAdams let her stand-alone outfit do its thing by wearing it with unassuming, shiny black patent pumps. Now that's how an A-lister wears a pantsuit!
Amazon Prime Day might have been an epic fail, but fashion at their Summer Soiree party in West Hollywood definitely wasn't. Here Freida Pinto looks totally on-point in a cap-sleeved satin crepe jumpsuit by Kate Spade. The cinched tie-front waist adds the perfect girlie detail. With white pumps by Stuart Weitzman and hot pink lipstick, this look blew us away in every way that Prime Day did not.
So who had the best style? That's for you to decide.
