5 Reasons to Get Excited for Aries Season

Spoken like a true Fire sign.

5 Reasons to Get Excited for Aries Season

As the natural world begins to regain its sunny equilibrium with the advent of springtime, we can't help but be just as excited for another equally important cosmic event – the start of Aries season. With universal energy gunning to run at an all-time high (how could it not, with the fiery passion and enthusiasm of Aries behind it?) the Ram forces us to stop hibernating and wake up to our surroundings.

It also enables us to break the surface of the emotion ocean we dove so heedlessly into during Pisces season, and grasp a little agency in our lives once again. So from March 20th until April 19th, the Ram once again takes full charge – and you might want to just go ahead and let it take the reins.

It's a time of new beginnings.

As cliched as it might sound, there's really no better time for a fresh start. As Pisces wraps up the zodiac wheel for the astrological year, we may have faced some serious endings and important chapters slowly shuttering closed in our lives. At this point we can finally take a breather – and it may be a relief to look ahead and realize just how bright the future is. (And no, we're not just talking about Daylight Savings.)

If you're particularly in tune with the ~ cosmic vibes ~ as of late, you may have felt more than a little dreamy and out of it lately. And while I personally always seem to have my head in the clouds, I, too, noticed that my dreams have been particularly vivid during this time.

If you're like me, you may even have found yourself feeling all kinds of nostalgic, as well as shedding more layers of emotion than usual. Of course, this walking dream state has Pisces written all over it – and all that is well and good, but the Ram is nothing if not a sign of action.

There's just so much to look forward to.

5 Reasons to Get Excited for Aries Season

The vernal equinox, festival season, and myriads of gorgeous springtime blooms splashing the world with color and fragrance, just to name a few.

So rub those sleepy eyes, astro babes; yawn, stretch, do whatever you need to do to get the ball rolling in your life going forward. Wake up and smell the coffee, charge your crystals, take a walk amongst the unassumingly and beautifully unfurling roses, and ignore any and all thorns you may encounter along the way.

Because #Ain'tNobodyGotTime for that, now more than ever. Seriously.

Speaking of smelling the roses, it's finally starting to get warm again.

Unless you're lucky enough to live in California (not that I'm one of the lucky ones, or anything), chances are you've been in hibernation for the past couple months. With incumbent and eagerly awaited spring fever breathing life back into our cold, cramped limbs, the natural world uncurls one rose petal at a time.

As melting snow dissipates from dirty sidewalks and cherry blossoms start adorning bare tree branches once more, it's finally time to roll out of bed after a long winter. Not to mention, start planning for spring break and other adventurous warm weather activities.

Universal energy is running high.

After the Pisces new moon and first of four incoming eclipses this year on March 8th, changes you make now will have a lasting effect on the next 6 months of the collective astrological forecast. Eclipses are always a powerful time for positive change through letting go of old and stagnant energy, but coupled with a new moon (which always means new beginnings), the cosmic balance was officially at its peak.

You may have felt the urge to make major life changes, and if there's nothing else you take away from this, realize that now is not the time to ignore those urges!

You might as well get excited, because any Aries in your life won't let you forget it.

We're kinda sorta stubborn, just in case you hadn't noticed.
